- "The Birdcage" is showing at the Memorial Student Union's Gallagher Theatre at 7:30 p.m. and 9:50 p.m. Admission is $2.50.
- The Chemistry Department is concerned about students unable to register for core courses offered by the department because the classes are fully enrolled. Students having trouble registering for undergraduate courses are asked to contact the departm ent at 621-2555.
- The University of Arizona Museum of Art presents "George Arntz and Victoria Looper-Horne: Under Influence," a visual arts exhibition, until Sept. 8. Admission is free. The museum is open 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
- Music, dancing, a world trivia game and prizes from local vendors are all part of the University Activities Board's An Eye on Diversity, being held on the UA Mall from 10 p.m. to 1 p.m.
