Wildcats win thriller at Arizona State
It came down to the last 10.7 seconds, but in the end Arizona was celebrating at mid-court
while the Sun Devils were wondering what happened to their nine-point lead.
Senior center A.J. Bramlett, who had his 10th double-double of the season by scoring 24 points
and pulling down 11 rebounds, knocked down the game winning shot after receiving a pass inside
from senior guard Jason Terry to give the Wildcats (12-1 overall, 4-1 Pacific 10 Conference) a
74-73 victory.
"Coach said this is the play," Terry said. "When you run it, hit it. We had to put all our eggs in the
basket on defense."
