Itās time for the Wildcats to show the nation that Pac-10 football isnāt as bad as it has been. Itās time for Canidate to run, O.J. to throw, Dennis to catch and Marcus to crush. Wildcats win big, and Keith Jackson helps tear down the goal post. Arizona 35 USC 14 Warrick is the Heisman, thatās it. He will even do the Heisman pose in this one after he scores his fourth touchdown. The ĪCanes just canāt handle Bowdenās offense, but then again, no one can. FSU gets one step closer to New Orleans. Florida State 42 Miami 14 Iām sticking with Feeley and the Ducks, even if this one is in Pasadena, a place neither team will be playing on Jan. 2. Droughns can run, he can catch, he can do just about everything ÷ if healthy. Oregon storms in and blows by the Bruins. Oregon 38 UCLA 24 Okay folks, this was supposed to be a good game. This was supposed to mean something. But, Bob Davie and Bruce Snyder were supposed to be good coaches. Redmond gets hurt and Jarious Jackson doesnāt lose sight of the clock. Notre Dame 24 Arizona State 13 The Wolverines are good, but Iāve got an inkling about this one. The Spartans arenāt pushovers by any means, especially at home playing for state bragging rights. The A-Train makes a stop in East Lansing, but it slowly chugs its way home. Michigan State 28 Michigan 24

Dehydration alert ÷ if you arenāt drinking water while reading this, start now! Dennis Northcutt should cover R. Jay Soward if the Wildcats hope to have any chance, but something tells me that our boys bounce back, starting against the Trojans. Arizona 42 USC 31 Peter Warrick is the best player in college football, but heās also a sneaky little shopper. After blowing leads to Penn State and East Carolina, the Hurricanes make a statement by taking one away from the ĪNoles while Warrick watches in his new Tommy wardrobe. Miami 28 Florida State 24 Oregon says its shiny new helmets are supposed to look like mallard heads when wet. Huh? In the Pac-10, expect the unexpected. This one goes into overtime with the Bruins escaping, like last year. UCLA 56 Oregon 55 (3OT) The coach who loses this one gets fired at the end of the season, but Bob Davie might get the ax either way. With the Pac-10ās pathetic non-conference results, itās hard to bet against the Irish, as hard as that is to swallow. Notre Dame 31 Arizona State 30 (OT) Who would you rather have on your fantasy football team now÷Tyrone Wheatley or Dimitrius Underwood? The Spartans are cocky after a weak schedule, while Michigan has been playing the best and crushing them. Go Blue! Michigan 35 Michigan State 27

Even though the Pac-10 winner is going to be a sacrificial lamb in the Rose Bowl, this game is big. Arizona has fallen fast, but I see them on top on Saturday. No Palmer for USC and a week of preparation for Arizona, doesnāt bode well for the Men of Troy. Arizona 28 USC 24 Warrick vs. Moss. Santana that is. The Miami speedster is their best weapon, but he will not be enough against Free Shoe U. Warrick is a superstar and once again he will put them all on his back and carry them to the promised land. Florida State 38 Miami (Fla.) 24 The Pac-10 is 0-3 against the Mountain West and has lost two games to the Big West. Anyway, UCLA lost to ASU and Oregon lost to Washington. Both teams have bad defenses, so I will reach and say that if Droughns plays, Oregon wins with no time left. Oregon 50 UCLA 49 If Willie Daniel plays, ASU wins big. Tariq McDonald will expose a weak ND secondary. Not even seven Jim Sanson field goals will save ND. Oh, I forgot to mention a guy named J.R. Redmond. ASU in a blowout. Arizona State 35 Notre Dame 17 Michigan spanked Purdue, beat Syracuse and Notre Dame and will roll over Nick Sabanās Spartan squad. Michigan remains undefeated going into their showdown with Penn State. The loser of that game will be the velociraptor in the Rose Bowl and the Pac-10 team will be the lamb. Michigan 31 Michigan State 13

I donāt care if my little sister is playing quarterback for the Trojans, she will still throw for 300-plus yards against the UA secondary. But USCās Mike Van Raaphorst is a slight improvement over my sister and he will lead the Men of Troy to victory. USC 42 Arizona 24 1999 Heisman winner Peter Warrick (yes, I am announcing he has won) will run wild over a suspect Hurricane defense. That is, if he plays because he is listed as questionable for being a suspect in a shoplifting incident. Warrick plays and FSU wins big. Florida State 58 Miami 28 The Ducks have the ugliest uniforms in the country and this game might be the eyesore of the year. No way the Bruins lose three Pac-10 games in a row. Danny Farmer breaks out of his season long slump and UCLA wins an ugly game. UCLA 28 Oregon 27 The Irish canāt cover the spread, but theyāll win. Tony Driver goes the way of ĪTouchdown Jesusā as ND runs all over a Sun Devils defense. Notre Dame needs this victory so they can play Arizona in the Insight.com bowl. Yippee!! Notre Dame 24 Arizona State 17 The Wolverines have met their match. Look for the Kalamazoo, Mich., connection of ĪLittleā John Flowers and Tico Duckett to shine in the MSU backfield. Michigan State 21 Michigan 20
