Campus vendors are content with area construction
	Amidst various complaints concerning the extensive campus construction projects, the prominent UA Mall hot dog and coffee vendors have reported very little effect on business, and in some cases, a small financial increase so far this semester. Marchelle Brady and Steve Arnold, co-owners of the four hot dog carts throughout the University of Arizona campus, said despite location changes, their revenue has not been strongly affected.

Do or die
	The last time UA freshman wide receiver Bobby Wade was at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, he was on top of the world. Desert Vista (Phoenix) High School had just beaten Brophy 38-31 for the 5A state championship on Dec. 11, 1998. Now Wade is returning to Tempe on the other end of the spectrum as the Wildcats (6-5 overall, 3-4 Pacific 10 Conference) crawl into Sun Devil Stadium this Saturday at 11 a.m. for a regular season-ending showdown with arch-enemy Arizona State (5-5, 4-3).

Thanks, but no thanks
	As hours tick by until some of us are again with our families and gorging ourselves on a high-starch meal, many of us will be relieved to have a break from the academic grind that has occupied the past three months of our lives. Others of us will look forward to seeing our favorite college rivalry play itself out the day after Thanksgiving. And even fewer of us may actually celebrate the tradition upon which our fall holiday was founded - being thankful. .

Burton creates haunting vision in 'Sleepy Hollow'
	The contrast between one of Johnny Depp's last roles, gangster Donnie Brasco, and his part as the effeminate Constable Ichabod Crane in "Sleepy Hollow" not only speaks to his range as an actor, but also to the weird results that come from collaborations with director Tim Burton. Burton formerly transformed the heartthrob into the quirky outsider Edward Scissorhands and Ed Wood.
