Accused RHA officers may not be under the rule of Res Life
[news] Accusations of corruption leveled against the executive board of the UA Residence Hall Association - if proven true - would not likely fall under the authority of the department of Residence Life, said director James Van Arsdel. "The RHA is a student organization, so it is not directly related to this department," Van Arsdel said yesterday. "So in that respect, I would have to say I'd leave internal affairs to the membership."

Wash-out in Wells Fargo
[news]
Arizona State came out with momentum on its side, but before the Sun Devils knew what hit them, they were quickly sent back into a harsh reality by the Arizona Wildcats. No. 4 Arizona (17-3 overall, 6-1 in the Pacific 10 Conference) started off sloppy, but quickly settled down and blew out ASU (11-7, 3-4) 82-55 last night. Arizona's freshmen guard duo of Gilbert Arenas and Jason Gardner stifled ASU's Eddie House with a box-and-one defense, limiting him to eight points on the night, his lowest point total in Pac-10 games this season.

Carving up a Clinton
[news] Hillary Clinton is clearly not experiencing separation anxiety from the White House, as she hastily moved out of public housing for the first time in 17 years this month. Her new "White House," the one in Chappaqua, N.Y., places a sizable slice of land between herself and D.C., Capitol Hill, and the administration from which she is fervently trying to distance herself.

[news]
As clothing levels decrease with the recent warm weather, the number of tattoos has increased dramatically on the UA Mall. Though they have been around for centuries, glances at student bodies demonstrates that a growing number of young people are getting tattoos. "The university makes up a large populous of our clientele," said Keely Tackett, co-owner of Enchanted Dragon, 2756 N. Campbell Ave.
