The Arizona women's tennis team will go on the road this weekend to take on two ranked opponents. The Wildcats play No. 15 USC today and No. 8 UCLA tomorrow.

UA, coming off a loss to Oregon Saturday, comes into the matchup with an all-time record of 15-23 against USC and 7-34 against UCLA.

USC (4-3, 1-0) brings seven newcomers and only four returning players, but features Launa Magnani, who is ranked 24th in the nation.

"I think we match up pretty well against them," said assistant coach Petar Danolic. "Obviously, they're a good team. They're one of the top teams in the nation."

Junior Dianne Hollands is the only player to have faced Magnani. Hollands comes into the match ranked No. 28 with a 3-2 record.

UA's Kelly Perry is the only undefeated singles player, taking a record of 5-0 into the weekend. The doubles team of Hollands and junior Maja Mlakar is undefeated in four matches.

UCLA (4-3, 0-2) features No. 17 Jackie Carleton as well as the No. 3 doubles team of Carleton and Lauren Fisher. The two losses the Bruins suffered were both quality losses, to USC and No. 1 Stanford.

"We have to come out and play our best, and whatever happens, happens," Danolic said.
