"Lisa Baker, Playboy Magazine's Playmate of the Year, is helped into a waiting automobile at the Tucson airport after her arrival here yesterday afternoon to take part in the annual ÎUgly Man' contest."
"As in the past years, the winner of the contest will escort a Playboy Playmate · out to dinner following the Beauty and the Beast Ball Friday night, which will climax the contest."
"Miss Baker, who measures 35-23-35, first appeared in Playboy magazine in November, 1966."
Vance Luke of Delta Tau Delta uglied-out Allan Lord and Bob Heckman "and won the privilege of escorting Miss Baker to dinner and dancing." The second- and third-ugliest men on campus were gifted with a sports coat and a shirt with a pair of slacks, respectively. Sorry, sods.
