Coming off a dominating win against Washington State, the Arizona women's tennis team will try to take that momentum to the Bay Area, where they face Stanford today and California tomorrow.

Winning in northern California won't be an easy task, as No. 1 Stanford has yet to lose a match this season. Cal is tough as well, earning a No. 11 ranking.

The No. 37 Wildcats (5-10, 1-4) lost earlier this season to the Cardinal 6-1 and have only defeated Stanford once all-time.

Stanford is experienced and boasts a lot of depth, carrying nine returnees and seven ranked players. The Cardinals are led by No. 10 Amber Liu, who defeated junior Maja Mlakar in the earlier meeting.

California (14-6) is also very experienced, with six seniors and the No. 4 player in the country in Raquel Kops-Jones (20-4). In the last meeting, the Golden Bears handed Arizona a 6-1 loss, with the Wildcats' lone win coming from junior Diane Hollands, who moved up in the rankings this week to No. 17.
