Police handed out five MIPs and confiscated two fake IDs early Monday morning after pulling a car over near North Park Avenue and East North Campus Drive, reports stated.
When the officer asked if the passengers in the car had been drinking, they all raised their hands except the driver, who said he was taking his friends home from Gentle Ben's Brewing Company, 885 E. University Blvd., reports stated.
The officer then asked for everyone's ID. After giving the officer his ID, one man said, "That's actually my brother's ID. I used it to get into the bar," reports stated.
A female passenger said to the officer she had friends employed at the bar who let her in, reports stated.
The officer asked the woman for the names of her friends to which she said, "I don't know, they're really just acquaintances ... they just weren't carding," reports stated.
The five individuals were cited and released, reports stated.
A student told police he lost his shoe after he was jumped by several individuals near North Cherry Avenue and East Speedway Boulevard early Sunday morning, reports stated.
A woman flagged down a bike cop and told him that a fight had broken out outside of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house, 1050 N. Cherry Ave., reports stated.
When the officer asked a man standing outside if he knew about a fight, the man said he was not aware of one. He told the officer he heard a "ruckus" and walked outside to help look for a friend's shoe, reports stated.
The officer asked another man across the street if he was aware of any fight, and he said he was outside helping find a friend's shoe, reports stated.
The officer cleared the area and found no victims, reports stated.
Later that morning, police received a phone call from a student who said he was jumped by fraternity members and lost his shoe in the scuffle, reports stated.
The student said he saw the officer arrive at the scene as he was leaving in a cab, reports stated.
The officer later attempted to contact the student regarding the incident, but was unsuccessful in reaching him, reports stated.
The glass front of a vending machine outside the Education building, 1430 E. Second St., was shattered Monday morning, reports stated.
Police estimated the damage to the machine at the southwest corner of the building to be $250.

An officer cited a man for giving a fake name to police after the car he was driving hit a utility pole and left the scene of the accident near North Campbell Avenue and East Sixth Street, reports stated.
An officer in the area followed a trail of fluid through a nearby alley to a maroon car that had a flat driver-side front tire and a damaged front end, reports stated.
When police asked two men nearby if they had seen the driver of the vehicle, both said they did not remember what he looked like.
After the officer asked for the men's names, one of the men became nervous and asked the officer if he could leave, reports stated.
As the man was getting into a different car, the officer recognized that the name the man supplied was similar to the name registered on the maroon car, reports stated.
The officer stopped the man and asked him why he lied, reports stated. The man apologized and said he lied because he intended to get away from the scene and pay to fix the vehicle himself, reports stated.
The man was cited and released.
A student lost his cell phone at the Student Recreation Center, 1400 E. Sixth St., Sunday evening, reports stated.
The student said he last saw his $150 cell phone at 6 p.m. When he returned 10 minutes later, the phone was gone, reports stated.

A parked car was hit in lot near Coronado Residence Hall, 822 E. Fifth St., sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning, reports stated.
The car had white paint transferred on the passenger-side rear bumper, reports stated.

According to reports, the student locked her bike with both a U-lock and a cable lock on Dec. 19.

The bike was worth $100, reports stated.
