A man assaulted two students on the fourth floor of the UA Main Library, 1510 E. University Blvd., Thursday afternoon, reports stated.
The man approached a student and touched her breast while she was studying.
She tried to leave, and he then touched her buttocks, reports stated. The student then ran downstairs to call police.
The man then went up to another student and told her that he loved her.
While the student tried to answer her cell phone, the man grabbed her wrists.
The student then yelled for help and another student came and pushed the man away, reports stated.
The man was booked into Pima County Jail for sexual abuse and assault.
A man discovered that his license plate had been switched with someone else's after being stopped by police Thursday afternoon on the corner of East Speedway Boulevard and North Campbell Avenue, reports stated.
The man was stopped for having an August 2003 registration tag on the license plate of his tan four-door Honda Accord.
When police ran the license plate, they discovered that the owner of the license plate had three warrants out for his arrest.
Police then discovered that the license plate had been registered to a two-door Honda Accord, not a four-door, reports stated.
The man realized that his license plate had been switched with someone else's, but had no idea when it had happened.
Police removed the plate and placed it into evidence, reports stated.
A $100 silver mountain bike was stolen from the Music building, 1017 N. Olive Road, Thursday morning, reports stated.
The owner of the bike said that she had locked it with a U-lock around 9 a.m. and when she returned around 11 a.m. the bike was gone.
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
A black leather wallet was found around noon on Wednesday at 1510 E. Grant Road, reports stated.
The wallet had $15, a CatCard, a Visa card, and a driver's license in it.
Police didn't find any contact numbers in the wallet, reports stated.
A student's $200 Schwinn bike was stolen Thursday morning from the Social Sciences building, 1145 E. South Campus Drive, reports stated.
The student said she had left the bike around 9:30 a.m., and when she returned around 12:30 p.m. the bike was gone.
The bike had a basket on the back and had been locked with a U-lock, reports stated.
Police have no suspects or witnesses.

The owner of the bike said he had locked the bike with a cable lock around 9:30 a.m.
When he returned around noon, the bike was gone.
