Dean invites students to document Îone day at UA'

UA students are invited to participate in the sixth annual One Day at the UA today from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

One Day at the UA is an annual event in which students document one day of their lives at the university. The Dean of Students Office will hand out more than 100 disposable cameras to UA students. Student are asked to document their lives for 24 hours and return the camera by tomorrow at 5 p.m. to Old Main, Room 203.

This is an exclusively student project, and all UA students are encouraged to participate. Pictures from the event are published in "One Day at the UA" at the end of the spring semester.

For more information, contact Magan Alfred at 621-7057 at the Dean of Students Office. The Dean of Students Office, West Main Gate Center, The Marshall Foundation and Arizona Student Media are sponsoring the event.

Seniors, clubs can still get in Desert Yearbook

UA seniors can still sign up online for a free senior portrait in The Desert Yearbook. Sittings for the yearbook are going on this week and next in the UofA BookStore in the Student Union Memorial Center.

Seniors must sign up for the free sitting online at laurenstudios.com. Walk-ins are not allowed, but scheduled sittings are available through next week. Clubs looking to get a group shot in The Desert can fill out an involvement form at desertyearbook.arizona.edu or e-mail the yearbook at clubs@desertyearbook.arizona.edu.
