Police saw the man driving eastbound on East Speedway Boulevard and saw he had expired tags, reports stated.
Police pulled the man over and performed a records check and found he had a warrant out for his arrest, reports stated.
Police asked the man if they could question him and the man was cooperative, reports stated.
The man took a deep breath and told police he had marijuana in his pocket, reports stated.
Police searched the man and found a black and blue pipe in his pocket, reports stated.
The pipe had residue and an odor of marijuana, reports stated.
The man said he had not smoked the marijuana anytime recently, reports stated.
The man was cited and released at the scene, reports stated.
Someone stole bottles of prescription drugs and a pizza from two students' room Feb. 8 from Arizona-Sonora Residence Hall, 910 E Fifth St., reports stated.
The students told police they left their room at 4 p.m. and returned at 5:30 p.m. to find someone had been in their room, reports stated.
The students found two bottles of Vicodin, a bottle of Clariton, nose spray and a large pizza was missing, reports stated.
One student told police the bottles of Vicodin were his, and it was prescribed to him after he tore a leg muscle a year ago, reports stated.
The student said he had not taken the Vicodin in months but still had pills left in the bottles, reports stated.
Both students said they had no idea who could have stolen the bottles and pizza, reports stated.

A student reported a suspicious call Feb. 8 in Coronado Residence Hall, 822 E. Fifth St., reports stated.
The student said a man called her room's telephone number and said she qualified for a $5,000 grant, reports stated.
The student told police she had never applied for a grant, reports stated.
The man on the phone asked her for banking information, but the student declined to release it, reports stated.
The student said she was not interested and hung up the phone, reports stated.
The student told police she did not know the name of the man who called her and never had spoken to him previously, reports stated.
Police told the student to check with her bank to make sure the man did not get ahold of her real information, reports stated.
Police said if the man calls again, she should not tell him any personal information, reports stated.

An employee's MP3 player was stolen from her office in the Marley building, 1145 E. Fourth St., sometime Feb. 14, reports stated.
The employee told police she left the music player in a lab room and when she returned an hour later, it was missing, reports stated.
The employee said she left the lab room and locked the door behind her, reports stated.
The employee said the person who took the music player must have had a key to enter the room, reports stated.
The employee told police she had no idea of who could have taken it, reports stated.

A student found a cell phone Wednesday on East Eighth Street and North Highland Avenue, reports stated.
The student dropped it off at the University of Arizona Police Department in case anyone reported it stolen, reports stated.
Police found another student reported it stolen a few days earlier, reports stated.
Police contacted the student who owned the phone to inform him the cell phone had been found, and he could pick it up at UAPD, reports stated.
