A student was diverted to the Dean of Students for underage drinking at Coronado Residence Hall, 822 E. Fifth Street, Sunday morning, reports stated.

A resident assistant reported a man with possible alcohol poisoning, reports stated.

Police found the student curled up on the floor of a common-area bathroom. He had thrown up on the floor, toilet and himself, reports stated.

He appeared to be asleep. Police were able to wake him, reports stated.

The student told police he had too much to drink and was 19 years old. His roommate and RA confirmed his date of birth, reports stated.

Tucson Fire Department and an ambulance arrived and transported the student to University Medical Center, reports stated.

Police diverted the student to the Dean of Students Office.


A police officer found graffiti on the wall in an alley to the south of Skyview Apartments, 1050 E. Eight Street, on Sunday night, reports stated.

An unknown person used black paint to write "the system is going down - abandon ship," reports stated.

A stencil was used to paint a sinking ship on the wall. An anarchy symbol was also painted, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.


A student's cell phone was stolen from the lobby of the Delta Chi fraternity house, sometime Friday or Saturday, reports stated.

The student told police that she had placed her cell phone in her purse and then placed her purse behind a couch in the lobby of the house at 11 p.m. Friday, reports stated.

When she returned to her purse at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, her phone was missing. There were no other items taken from her purse, reports stated.

The student told police that she did not see anyone suspicious, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.


A woman's car was broken into and approximately $780 worth of her belongings were stolen while parked at the Martin Luther King building, 1322 E. First Street, Saturday or Sunday, reports stated.

The woman told police she parked her car at 1:30 p.m. Saturday and locked it, reports stated.

When she returned to her car Sunday at 10:45 a.m. she found both doors slightly open and unlocked, reports stated.

She then discovered that her six textbooks and stereo were stolen from her car, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.


A student's bike was stolen from the eastside of Bio Sciences West, 1041 E. Lowell Street, Sunday night, reports stated.

The student told police the bike was taken sometime between 9 p.m. and 11:50 p.m., reports stated.

She told police she locked her bike with a Kryptonite U-lock. The lock was found cut on the ground where the bike was missing from, reports stated.

The bike was registered with Parking and Transportation Servcies, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.
