Someone broke into a shed at a construction site and stole $10,000 worth of supplies sometime between March 12 and March 14, reports stated.
A man called police at 7 a.m. and said the front access door of the shed at the site, 1735 E. Helen St., had been broken, reports stated.
The damage appeared to be done with a bolt cutter, reports stated.
Police found a bolt cutter 10 feet away from the shed, reports stated.
The employee told police the missing items included a wrench, a screwdriver, hammers, clamps, a grinder, laser lights, chargers and a bolt cutter, reports stated.
Police have no suspects or witnesses.
A student reported someone shouted obscenities and racial slurs at her March 11 while she was driving on East Speedway Boulevard and North Mountain Avenue, reports stated.
The student told police she was driving when she noticed a car pull to the right side of the road and turn on its hazard lights, reports stated.
The student said she slowly pulled around the vehicle and continued driving, reports stated.
The student said the vehicle that had its hazard lights on pulled up beside her and a woman shouted, "You cut me off! You black bitch," reports stated.
The student noticed two children in the back seat and told the woman she "should be setting a better example for (her) kids," reports stated.
The woman said, "You fucking nigger, you'll always be a fucking nigger," reports stated.
The student told police she felt she was a victim of racial bias, reports stated.
One student was arrested for possession of marijuana when police responded to complaints at Delta Tau Delta fraternity, 1050 N. Cherry Ave., reports stated.
Police arrived on the scene and saw two men on top of the roof throwing water balloons at cars, reports stated.
Police smelled a faint odor of marijuana, reports stated.
The two men stopped throwing water balloons and began throwing glass bottles, reports stated.
Police were concerned about the safety of drivers so they yelled "police, stop," reports stated.
The two men immediately left the rooftop, reports stated.
Police knocked on the door and when no one answered, they opened the door, reports stated.
A fraternity member led police up to the roof, and they found beer bottles and a small glass pipe, reports stated.
Police found the two men who were throwing the water balloons and glass bottles, and one man said he was the owner of the pipe, reports stated.
The man was cited and released at the scene.
Police found the cars in the area did not sustain any damage from the water balloons or the glass bottles, reports stated.
Someone damaged a student's vehicle March 13 when she left it for 15 minutes outside Coconino Residence Hall, 1003 N. Olive Road, reports stated.
The student said she parked her car at 4:30 p.m. and returned at 4:45 p.m. to find small scratches on the driver's side of the car, reports stated.
The scratches seemed to have come from a key, reports stated.
Police have no suspects or witnesses.
A student reported a CatTran employee gave her an unwanted kiss March 8 in a Zone 1 lot, 315 N. Plummer Ave., reports stated.
The student said she knew the employee and saw him sitting on a bench "looking sad," reports stated.
The student approached the employee and asked what was wrong, and the employee said he had a broken heart, reports stated.
The student said the employee hugged her, which she did not mind, reports stated.
The employee pulled away from the hug and kissed the student on the lips, reports stated.
The student said she walked away from the employee, reports stated.
The student said she did not wish to press charges but wanted to document the incident, reports stated.
Someone damaged a student's car March 14 in a Zone 1 lot, 1130 N. Mountain Ave., reports stated.
The student left his car in the parking lot at 7:30 p.m. and when he returned at 11:30 p.m., he saw damage to his car's left rear, reports stated.
Police noticed white paint on the damaged portion of the car, reports stated.
Police have no suspects or witnesses.
