An employee's $40 blue bike helmet was stolen from the Sixth Street Parking Garage, 1206 E. Sixth St., sometime between Aug. 15 and Aug. 25, reports stated.
The employee said he locked his bike and put the helmet in a saddlebag around 2 p.m. Aug. 15.
The employee returned around 10 a.m. Aug. 25 to find the helmet gone, but the bike undamaged.
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
A student's $75 red mountain bike was stolen from Navajo Residence Hall, 1557 E. Sixth St., sometime between Aug. 26 and Monday, reports stated.
The student said he locked his bike with a cable lock around 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 25 and returned around 9 a.m. on Monday to find the bike gone.
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
A UA Facilities Management employee reported unusually high water bills at the College of Medicine, 1249 N. Mountain Ave., during the months of June and July in 2001, 2003 and 2005, reports stated.
When police arrived the employee said during June and July in these three years there had been an unusual amount of water usage at the College of Medicine. The employee said sometimes the water usage was as high as 14,000 gallons, reports stated.
The employee said he reported the unusual activity to Tucson Water. He said he wanted police to know about it in case it turned into a criminal matter.
Police were given a copy of the water bill history, reports stated.
Three minors were warned about trespassing Saturday afternoon after police saw them skateboarding at McClelland Hall, 1130 E. Helen St., reports stated.
When police arrived around 4:30 p.m. they saw the three minors sliding down the rails and jumping off the stairs.
The minors were told they aren't allowed to perform skateboard tricks on UA property.
Police told the minors that their names would be entered into the computer, and if they were caught again they would be cited for trespassing, reports stated.
A student was cited for underage drinking early Sunday morning after police saw him staggering and rubbing his eye near North Euclid Avenue and East University Boulevard, reports stated.
Police noticed the student around 12:30 a.m. and asked him if he was OK.
The student said that he had something in his eye, reports stated.
Police noticed that the student had slurred speech and smelled like alcohol.
When police asked the student how much he had had to drink he said not much, reports stated.
The student then said he had been blindsided at a party. The student said he did not remember who had hit him or what party he had been at.
The student was released, reports stated.
A man was cited for drinking in public Sunday afternoon near North Mountain Avenue and East Sixth Street, reports stated.
Police saw the man drinking out of a paper bag with a can sticking out of it around 2 p.m.
The man was drinking a 20-ounce can of beer. The man said he bought it at Circle K, reports stated.
The man poured out the beer and was released, reports stated.
A student's license plate was stolen sometime between Aug. 25 and Saturday while her car was parked in a Zone 1 lot, 605 N. Vine Road, reports stated.
The student said she last saw the license plate around 3 p.m. Aug. 25. The student said she had noticed it was missing around 9:30 a.m. Aug. 27.
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
Someone broke a $50 ground light at the Women's Plaza of Honor, 1010 E. University Blvd., sometime before Sunday, reports stated.
It looked like someone had stomped on the light or thrown a rock at it, reports stated.
Police contacted Campus Maintenance to replace the light.
There are no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
