A student was cited for underage drinking and having a fake ID Monday morning after police found him passed out on the sidewalk without any shoes on at North Park Avenue and East Mabel Street, reports stated.
Police found the student around 7 a.m. and tried to kick his feet to wake him up.
The student had small amounts of dried blood on various spots on his body.
Police asked the student for his ID, and he gave police his cell phone and his keys.
The student seemed disoriented and smelled like alcohol, reports stated.
Police found the student's wallet and shoes nearby.
There were two IDs in the student's wallet, reports stated.
The student was confused and could not tell police where he lived or when his birthday was. The student then gave police several different birthdays and said he was 22.
Police called medics to treat the student, reports stated.
The student said he had been drinking at a party but didn't know where it was.
The student told police he did not know how he got on the sidewalk or how long he had been there, reports stated.
The student admitted that one of the IDs was his cousin's.
When police asked the student how he had gotten the ID the student said, "It's my cousin's. He's been my cousin for a long time and that's all I know."
The medics agreed to release the student if he went home. The student said he lived near Coronado Residence Hall, 822 E. Fifth St., reports stated.
The student said he could walk home but kept pointing in the wrong direction. Police gave the student a ride home, reports stated.
A student and two 18-year-olds were cited for underage drinking early Sunday morning at Pueblo de la Cienega Residence Hall, 621 N. Highland Ave., after police found the 18-year-old woman throwing up in the bathroom, reports stated.
Police arrived around 1:30 a.m. and asked the student if she and the woman had been drinking.
The student said they had been drinking Captain Morgan and taking shots at the Kappa Sigma fraternity house.
While police were in the bathroom with the woman who was throwing up a male entered with a beer can in his hand.
Police made the man pour out the beer. The man said he wanted to have one last beer before he went to bed.
The student, the woman and the male were all released, reports stated.
A student was cited for criminal damage early Sunday morning after someone saw him first throw lawn chairs and then throw a rock through his window, reports stated.
When police arrived around 2 a.m. they saw lawn chairs on the ground and a broken window.
Police found the student lying on the floor. The student said it was his apartment and that he was alone.
There was broken glass on the floor, broken vertical blinds and a large rock on the floor near the closet, reports stated.
Police also noticed several open beer cans in the kitchen.
The student said the door was already broken when he got home. Police asked him if he had thrown the rock and he said, "No. Someone else did this."
Police talked to a witness who identified the student as the person who had thrown the rock.
The student had blood on his shirt and a minor cut on his palm but said he did not need to be treated.
Police contacted the student's mother. His mother said the student had told her that he had fallen through the window.
The student was left with his mother, reports stated.
A woman was booked into Pima County Jail Monday morning after police pulled her over on East Sixth Street and North Euclid Avenue and saw that she had three warrants, report stated.
Police pulled the woman over because her license plate did not show up in the system. Police took a closer look at the temporary license and noticed that it looked like it had been made on computer paper.
The woman said the car was her boyfriend's, and said she didn't know anything about the temporary license plate.
Police transported the woman to jail, reports stated.
