Vulgar graffiti was found on a stall in the men's bathroom on the first floor of the Theatre Arts Building, 1025 N. Olive Road, sometime between Sept. 26 and Wednesday at 3:30 p.m., reports stated.
The drawing depicted a naked man from his torso to below his penis with his penis erect. The picture was labeled "BUSH" with a swastika replacing the "S," reports stated.
The same version of "BUSH" with the swastika appeared three other times in the stall, reports stated.
A picture of a man's head from the neck up was drawn depicting the head giving oral sex to the other naked man, reports stated.
The head's mouth was wide open with the naked man's penis inside the head's mouth. The head was labeled "Pat Robertson," reports stated.
Below a drawing it said, "Fuck Bush" and below that, "Katrina = Bush's Lewinsky Expensive Blow Jobs." Above the drawing it said "Suck it for $$ you Neocon Christian Fuck," reports stated.
The drawing was approximately 18 inches in diameter on the west wall off the stall, reports stated.
It appeared all the graffiti could possibly be from the same person given the style of writing, thickness of pen, swastikas in Bush's name and because all of the writing was at the same distance from the floor, reports stated.
This was not the first time an incident like this has occurred in the building. The employee who reported the damage said the previous vandalism contained the same content. The swastika was also present in the other criminal damage, reports stated.
No physical evidence was at the scene and police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
Custodial Services cleaned the graffiti, reports stated.
A student believed he was the victim of identity theft after he received a collections notice Sept. 26 for a cell phone company he does not have a contract with, reports stated.
The student said he received the letter from a collections company showing he owed $1,283.02 to Verizon Wireless, reports stated.
The student said he does not have an account with Verizon, and this is the second time someone has used his identity to receive services. The prior incident was also reported to the University of Arizona Police Department, reports stated.
The student said he tried to call the collections agency to notify them of the situation and they required a police report be made, reports stated.
A student's $2,000 bike was reported missing from the bike racks north of Skyview Apartments, 1050 E. Eighth St., sometime Thursday afternoon, reports stated.
The student said he locked his bike with a cable lock at 3:30 p.m., and when he returned at 5:15 p.m. the bike and lock were gone, reports stated.
The student said he would try to locate the serial number for the bike and contact UAPD again, reports stated.
