A man exposed himself to a student Friday night on the fifth floor of the UA Main Library, 1510 E. University Blvd., reports stated.
The student told police she had been sitting at a desk studying around 8 p.m. when a man came and lay down on a couch near her desk. The student said she had thought the man had been reading.
The student then felt like the man was watching her and looked over. The student noticed that the man's penis was exposed.
The student said she had not done anything because she was afraid the man would follow her, reports stated.
The student sent a text message to her boyfriend, and when her boyfriend was outside the library the student got up and left.
The student said she did not call police until she got home.
Police asked the student if it was possible that the man's exposure had been accidental, and the student said the man had been wearing jeans.
The student said, "There's no way it could have been accidental."
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
A student was cited for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia early Sunday morning after police noticed that his car, parked in the Sixth Street Parking Garage, 1202 E. Sixth St., had a shattered passenger window and went to investigate, reports stated.
Police noticed the shattered window around 1 a.m. Police took a closer look and saw a baggie of marijuana sticking out of a compartment in an arm rest.
Police seized the marijuana and found a plastic bottle and a plastic container both with residue in them.
Police contacted the student and the student admitted that the marijuana was his.
The marijuana was placed into evidence, reports stated.
A woman was cited for underage drinking early Sunday morning after police saw her walking with a beer, reports stated.
Police saw the woman around 2:30 a.m. walking with three other females. The woman attempted to hide the beer when she saw the patrol car.
When police approached the woman, she said she was 21.
The woman later admitted that she was 19.
The woman said she had another can of beer in her purse. The woman said she had gotten the two beers from a fraternity.
The woman was released, reports stated.
A woman pushed a student Sunday morning in Babcock Residence Hall, 1717 E. Speedway Blvd., reports stated.
The student said she was sleeping around 8:30 a.m. when the woman and her friend began banging on the door.
The student said she was not a resident of Babcock and said she was staying there with another student.
The student said the woman was mad that she was staying with the other student.
The woman pushed the student and said, "If I see you in here again, I'll kick your ass."
The student said she did not want to press charges, reports stated.
A student driving a golf cart was cited for underage drinking early Saturday morning after police saw the student stop in a right turn lane and then turn left, reports stated.
Police pulled the student over around 2:30 a.m. and noticed the student had red, watery eyes.
The student also smelled like alcohol, reports stated.
The student said he had had three beers around 10:30 p.m.
Police gave the student and his passenger a ride home.
A $120 white plastic Wildcat newspaper stand was reported missing sometime between Sept. 23 and Sept. 26 from the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., reports stated.
An employee said a CatTran driver saw two men taking the stand. The men told the employee that they were taking the newspaper stand to a photo shoot.
The employee did not know the name or the number of the CatTran driver.
The employee said he would have someone who knew the CatTran driver call police.
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
