Presidential Forums

  • An open forum for students to meet with presidential candidate Tom Campbell will take place from 2:15 p.m. until 3:15 p.m. Student Union Memorial Center, North Ballroom

  • Guillermo Malava Hispanic Parents' Discourses on Language and Literacy: A Sociocultural Perspective on Family, Ideology and Identification. 10 a.m. Education building, Room 208

  • Nancy Arthur Hoskins, author of a newly released book "Albert Gayet," will present a slide-illustrated lecture about the archaeologist of Antinoé and the unique tapestry albums at the University of Washington's Henry Art Gallery. Hoskins is also the author of "The Coptic Tapestry Albums and the Archaeologist of Antinoé, Albert Gayet;" "Universal Stitches for Weaving, Embroidery, and Other Fiber Arts" and "Weft-Faced Pattern Weaves: Tabby to Taqueté."
