Someone broke a window sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday at the Clinical Research building, 1620 N. Warren Ave., reports stated.
A police aid told police he had seen the broken window around 6 a.m. The police aid said it looked like the window had been struck from the outside, causing a central shatter and a large radiating crack.
The police aid said the window had wire mesh inside of it that appeared to be holding the window together, reports stated.
A student's $1,935 gray laptop was stolen Wednesday after the student left it under a bench at the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., while taking a quiz, reports stated.
The student told police he had placed the laptop under the bench while he was studying for a quiz. The student said he then went to the Education building to take the quiz and forgot about his laptop.
The student said five to 10 minutes later the laptop was gone.
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
A UA employee saw a man masturbating in his truck Tuesday morning near North Park Avenue and East University Boulevard, reports stated.
The employee said the man, who was wearing no shirt, had been driving a blue Chevy Suburban.
The employee said he had seen the man's penis in his hand, reports stated.
A student got a threatening phone call Wednesday afternoon while he was in a class at the Modern Languages building, 1423 E. University Blvd., reports stated.
The student told police the caller had told him he wanted to meet and then said he could kick the student's ass.
The student said he knew who the caller was, but didn't want to identify him.
The student said he used to be friends with the caller, but no longer hung out with him.
The student told police there had been no previous physical contact or verbal abuse with the caller.
The student said he did not know where the caller called from.
Police then told the student how to trace a call and told him to call police if the caller called again.
The student said he did not want to press charges and only wanted to document the call, reports stated.
Someone used a student's CatCard Sept. 23 to check out a movie from the Main Library, 1510 E. University Blvd., reports stated.
The student told police she had been checking out books at the library that day and didn't remember logging out of the machine. The student said she believes someone used the machine after her, using her CatCard to check out items.
The student said she had received an e-mail saying she needed to return a DVD. The student said she had never checked out the DVD from the library.
The student told police she still has her CatCard.
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
Police arrested a man for having a warrant near Palm Shadow Apartments, 1815 E. Speedway Blvd., Thursday after UMC security started following the man because they thought he had escaped from the hospital, reports stated.
When police arrived, UMC security told them they had started following the man because he was bandaged and appeared to be running from UMC.
Police caught up with the man and the man told them he had been taken to the hospital the night before for a drug overdose.
The man said he had been released from the hospital and was walking to meet his mother when UMC security started following him.
Police checked with the hospital and discovered that the man had been discharged.
When police did a records check on the man they discovered he had warrant out for his arrest.
The man was handcuffed and booked into Pima County Jail, reports stated.
A student lost his brown wallet Sept. 23 at the Harvill building, 1103 E. Second St., and was sent an e-mail saying it had been found, reports stated.
The student told police after receiving the e-mail he wrote back asking when and where he could pick up his wallet.
The student said he had waited until Thursday and had still not received a response. The student said the e-mail was sent from a UA e-mail address.
Police then e-mailed the person and never got an e-mail back.
The student said he had already canceled his credit cards and did not want to press charges, reports stated.
