Three students were diverted to the Dean of Students Sunday night after a resident assistant smelled marijuana coming from their room in Kaibab-Huachuca Residence Hall, 940 E. Fourth St., reports stated.
When police arrived, they smelled marijuana coming from the room. When police knocked, one of the students said "door's open" and told police they could come in.
Police asked told the students why they were there and asked if they had smoked marijuana before. The students said they had smoked marijuana earlier that night off campus.
One of the students gave police a Kleenex box with rolling papers in it. The student said when he had marijuana he kept it in the Kleenex box. Police found a small piece of a leaf at the bottom of the box. The student said police could search his room. Police found the book "The Cannabible" by Jason King. The book is about marijuana, reports stated.
Police also found packaging for an air gun. The student said he had not bought a gun and had just brought the packaging into his room. When police told the student that they didn't believe him, he admitted that he had bought the gun.
The student said the air gun was not in the room and said he had given it to a friend. Police told the student to not bring the air gun back into the dorms.
When police asked one of the other students if she had any marijuana she gave them a glass pipe with marijuana residue in it.
The students were diverted and released, reports stated.
A student was arrested for underage drinking early Sunday morning after police saw him sitting with his hands on his head on North Warren Road and East First Street, reports stated.
The student said his eyes were cut, but said he didn't know how they had gotten cut. Police called the Tucson Fire Department and they treated the student for the cuts on his eyes.
The student said he had drank between six and 10 beers and admitted to being underage.
The student was cited and released, reports stated.
A student was arrested for being underage drinking after he had been drinking early Saturday morning after police pulled him over for running a stop sign at North Park Avenue and East North Campus Drive, reports stated.
After the student went through a stop sign he stopped in the middle of the intersection.
After police pulled him over they noticed that another student was in the car and was passed out. The car smelled like alcohol, reports stated.
The student had red, watery eyes and admitted to drinking. He was given a field sobriety test and cited.
The student in the passenger seat had thrown up in her purse. Police could not wake her up to ask her questions and could not get her license from her purse.
The student was cited for underage drinking and released.
The two students got a ride home from a friend, reports stated.
A woman was arrested Saturday night after police found prescription drugs and what was believed to be a crack pipe on her at West Aviation Highway and North Euclid Avenue, reports stated.
Police saw a white Lincoln sedan not fully stopped at a stop sign.
Neither of the two women in the driver's car had their license on them. Police ran a records check on both women and saw that he woman in the passenger seat had a warrant out for her arrest, reports stated.
The driver of the sedan was released.
Police searched the other woman and found a glass pipe that looked like a crack pipe, seven white pills in a Tic-Tac container, an orange pill, a pick tool and two sets of UA keys.
The woman first said that the pills were Oxycodone and said she had gotten them from her doctor for her teeth.
The woman later admitted that she had gotten the pills from her friend, who was the daughter of a mafia boss.
The woman said she had found the UA keys in a Jack in the Box and said she didn't know what they were.
The keys looked like they had been run over by a car, reports stated.
The pills and the pipe were placed into evidence. The keys were placed into property for safekeeping.
The woman was booked into Pima County Jail, reports stated.
