An unidentified person broke off the traffic device arms at East Second Street and North Olive Road sometime before 6:15 a.m. Sunday, reports stated.
Police took the crossing bars back to the University of Arizona Police Department, reports stated.
Parking and Transportation Services was notified, and said they would have someone look at the damage and pick up the crossing bars, reports stated.
Police have no suspects or witnesses.
Four parking signs in the alley north of Coconino Residence Hall, 1003 N. Olive Road, were found vandalized early Sunday morning, reports stated.
Three of the signs were "No Parking" signs, and the fourth was a service permit parking sign, reports stated.

A man was arrested for urinating in public at the Zone 1 lot at East Cherry Avenue and North Seventh Street at 5:35 p.m. Sunday, reports stated.
Police drove by and saw the man urinating and could see his penis, reports stated.

The man had a 24-ounce bottle of Old English malt liquor in a paper bag on the ground, reports stated.
The man admitted the bottle, which was two-thirds full and still cold, was his, even though police never saw him drink from it, reports stated.
There were people playing volleyball outside the Student Recreation Center who could see the man urinating, reports stated.
An employee reported seeing a person walking around McKale Center, 1721 E. Fifth St., making hand gestures simulating a gun early Tuesday morning, reports stated.
Police reported to the McKale Center to search for the person and UA employees pointed the man out, reports stated.
The employee told police he was making gestures with his hand pretending he had a gun, but no weapon was seen, reports stated.
The employee said the man saw he was being watched and left the arena, reports stated.
Police searched the area but could not find the man.
A student reported that she received numerous harassing phone calls from her ex-boyfriend in her room at Kaibab-Huachuca Residence Hall, 922 E. Fourth St., in the last few weeks, reports stated.
The student told police she had been receiving numerous calls from her ex-boyfriend, and had at least eight messages on her answering machine from him, reports stated.
The man said he was going to commit suicide if the student did not call him back, and also told her he wanted his property back, reports stated.
The woman told police she went to the man's apartment and picked up the items she gave him for Christmas at 10:30 a.m. Monday, reports stated.
The student said she entered his apartment with the key he gave her previously, reports stated.
The student told police she erased pictures of herself that were on his computer, reports stated.
The student said she left the key in the apartment when she left, reports stated.
The student said she wanted to break it off with the man, reports stated.
While the student was talking to police, the man called her cell phone and police answered, reports stated.
The man told police he wanted his property back and said his apartment had been trashed and the screen door was broken, reports stated.
The student denied she damaged anything in the man's apartment, reports stated.
Police told the man to go to small claims court if he wanted his property back, which included a T-shirt, a bottle of cologne and two gift bags, reports stated.
Police suggested the student get an order of protection if she felt threatened.
The officer contacted Tucson Police Department to make sure the man was all right, because of suicide threats he made to the student, reports stated.
This is the third time the woman made a report with UAPD concerning similar incidents with the same man, reports stated.
