Two people were seen naked in a car that was parked in an area blocked off by a locked gate at the West Campus Agriculture Center, 2831 N. Freeway Road, Saturday afternoon, reports stated.
An employee told police he saw a vehicle parked by the "Bee Lab" building. He went to check on the car and saw two mostly unclothed people, reports stated.
He said he saw a man that seemed to be straddling another person, reports stated.
The employee told police all he could see of the other person was cleanly shaven legs. He assumed it was a female but was not sure because the person never exposed their entire body and he did not want to go any closer, reports stated.
The employee was unable to get a license plate number because the car drove away too quickly, reports stated.
He told police it was unusual the man knew the combination to the lock on the gate to get in, reports stated.
The employee told police he was going to advise the department to change the lock, reports stated.
He believed the man was not an employee or a student, reports stated.
A man was seen taking two bicycle seats off of bikes outside of Arizona-Sonora Residence Hall, 910 E. Fifth St., Saturday afternoon, reports stated.
A bystander flagged police down and said she had seen a man take two bicycle seats and showed police the direction he had gone, reports stated.
Police found the man and saw two bicycle seats in a milk crate on the rear of his bicycle, reports stated.
Police told the man witnesses saw him steal the seats. The man told police he built bikes for a living and they belonged to him, reports stated.
Police spoke to the witness again who confirmed she had seen him steal the seats and directed them to the bikes they were from, reports stated.
Police ran the man's name for warrants, and found that he had two Pima County Sheriff's Department warrants, reports stated.
Police searched the man and found what was identified by him as a crack pipe, reports stated.
The man was booked into Pima County Jail, reports stated.
A man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license on the corner of North Cherry Avenue and East Eighth Street Saturday evening, reports stated.
Police saw a car pulled over and as they turned around, the car left the curb and began to accelerate as the police tried to follow, reports stated.
As police followed the car, its rear lights shut off and police thought the car was attempting to evade them, reports stated.

Police searched his car and found a glass pipe with white crystal residue. The man admitted the pipe was also his, reports stated.
When police ran his name for outstanding warrants it showed he had a suspended license and a warrant from Tucson Police Department, reports stated.
The car was turned over to the passenger, reports stated.
The man was arrested and transported to Pima County Adult Detention, reports stated.
Two unknown men discharged a fire extinguisher in a second floor stairwell of La Paz Residence Hall, 602 N. Highland Ave., sometime Saturday, reports stated.
A resident assistant at La Paz told police she noticed the fire extinguisher while on rounds. It was apparent the extinguisher had been discharged within the stairwell, reports stated.
The RA told police she did not notice anyone around the extinguisher when she found it, reports stated.
Fire Safety was made aware of the situation, reports stated.
Police have no suspects or witnesses.
Two men were arrested for possession and use of marijuana on the south side of Belushe's, 112 E. Sixth St., Saturday night, reports stated.
While police were at a traffic stop at East Sixth Street and North Fremont Avenue they noticed a strong smell of marijuana, reports stated.
Police responded to the smell and stopped two men who both smelled of marijuana, reports stated.
Both men admitted to smoking marijuana and one of the men directed police to the joint they had smoked, reports stated.
Both men were cited and released at the scene, reports stated.
