He took the student to her room in the same hall and waited until her roommates returned, reports stated.
The student told the resident she had 20 shots, reports stated.
The resident told police he left when the student's roommates came to the room, and she threw up and went to bed, reports stated.
When police arrived on the scene, they tried to wake the student but got no response. Police saw she was still breathing and woke her up by putting ammonia under her nose, reports stated.
Police noticed she smelled strongly of alcohol and her eyes were red and watery, reports stated.
The student told police she was drinking vodka at a campus fraternity, reports stated.
The student was cooperative at first but then became argumentative and used profanity, reports stated.
The student was issued a citation, but when she refused to sign it police told her she would have to go to jail, reports stated.
Two friends of the woman persuaded her to sign the citation, reports stated.
The woman signed the citation and called one male officer a "bitch," reports stated.
A man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia outside McClelland Residence Hall, 1130 E. Helen St., late Monday night, reports stated.
Police approached a suspicious man who was holding up a long, thin item to the light to examine it, reports said.
He placed the object in front of him and manipulated it, reports stated.
The man noticed police approaching him and appeared to conceal something in his hand, reports stated.
Police asked to see the man's hands, but he stalled by asking questions and giving police blank looks, reports stated.
The officer believed the item in the man's hand could be used against him so he had to struggle to remove the item, reports stated.
The item in his hand was a prescription bottle, and police found a blue and yellow glass pipe with marijuana residue in his pocket, reports stated.
Police found the man had records of past warnings that stated he was not allowed on UA property, reports stated.
Police transported the man to Pima County Jail, and the paraphernalia was placed into evidence for testing.
A student reported a laptop, a bank card, gift certificates, a wallet and her driver's license were missing from her room in La Paz Residence Hall, 602 N. Highland Ave., Sunday morning, reports stated.

A man was arrested for possession of marijuana in a room at Arizona-Sonora Residence Hall, 910 E. Fifth St., at 12:15 a.m., reports stated.
Police responded to a call from a resident reporting an odor of marijuana coming from a nearby room, reports stated.
When police arrived, they found five men in the room, reports stated.
The men were compliant and police questioned them individually, reports stated.
One man admitted there was some marijuana in the room in a Subway bag and some more near the computer, reports stated.

A motorcycle was stolen sometime before Monday morning from a Zone 1 lot, 605 N. Vine Ave., reports stated.
