The headline in the Nov. 15 Wildcat which states "GPSC proposal a felony" was deceptive and patently false. I doubt that proposing to give money to students is in any way a felony, even if actually giving the money directly to students may indeed be.
Besides this obvious problem, it is apparent from the article that what is actually the case is that one of the implementation details of how the money for Professional Opportunities Development is disbursed is the real problem, and that this can be worked around.
Please refrain from such sensational, incorrect headlines in the future. They only detract from the quality of the Wildcat.
