Police responded to a call of intentional vandalism at the Sigma Kappa sorority house, 1125 N. Vine Ave., Thursday.

The president of Sigma Kappa called police after the house cook found damage in the sorority's kitchen sometime between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Thursday morning.

Police reported loaves of bread were scattered around the kitchen, peanut butter smeared on surfaces, and other foodstuffs and toilet paper thrown on the walls and floors.

Dry coffee grounds were also found thrown on the carpets in the dining room, living room and television room.

No forced entry was found and police have no suspects.

A student reported his Sears Black River 18-speed mountain bicycle was stolen Thursday from the racks on the northwest side of Old Main.

The owner said he locked his $250 bicycle with a cable lock to a parking block at 9:30 a.m. When he returned at 1:30 p.m., it was gone.

Police have no suspects.
