A 22-year-old student told police that a man watched him through a hole in a stall wall while he was in the third-floor bathroom of the UA Main Library Monday afternoon.

The victim said he was seated in a middle stall in the men's bathroom when he noticed a three-inch hole in the wall connecting his stall with the one next to it.

He then said he saw a man staring at him through the hole. The victim left the stall immediately and called UAPD.

A 21-year-old member of Sigma Kappa sorority, 1125 N. Vine Ave., told police she was threatened in the Cherry Avenue parking garage by two males Saturday at 8:45 p.m.

The victim said she was approached by the men while getting into her car parked in the garage. She recognized one man, who told her she needed to be "shut up," as a person who has been harassing her since October.

After a verbal confrontation in the garage the suspects drove away and the victim said one man showed her something which appeared to be a gun through the window.

After investigation, police found the suspects had made other threats against the victim to her friends.

The reason for the harassment is unknown and a computer check on the suspect was inconclusive.
