- The UA women's golf team plays the Chris Johnson Invitational all day at Randolph North.
- The UA baseball team plays the University of California at Santa Barbara 2:30 p.m. on Sancet Field.
- The Hillel Foundation sponsors peanut butter and jelly sandwich making on the Mall from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sandwiches will be donated to the homeless through the Casa Maria soup kitchen.
- The UA Poetry Center presents a poetry reading by UA creative writing graduates in the Modern Languages Auditorium at 8 p.m.
- The Congressional Internship Program has an information night in the Main Library rooms A313 and A314 from 6 to 7 p.m.
- The School of Music and Dance presents a studio jazz ensemble in Crowder Hall at 8 p.m. Tickets are $6, $5 or $3.
- Peter Birmingham speaks on "Mexican and Mexican American Art at the UA Museum of Art" at 12 p.m. in the MASRC Conference Room on the third floor of the Douglass Building.
- Doctoral candidate James Livingston moderates "Rereading Science," a discussion in Modern Languages Room 311 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
- The Science-Engineering Library holds SABIO/Journal Databases, a computer workshop, in Room 311 from 1 to 3 p.m.
