- ASUA general elections are today and tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The four polling sites are Harvill, Park Center, Student Recreation Center and on the Mall in front of the Old Chemistry building. Students must bring their IDs in order to vote.
- The Anthropology and Archaeology clubs sponsor their annual White Peccary Sale of anthropology-related books, baked goods and other cultural material on the Arizona State Museum lawn today and tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Anne Betteridge, UA Middle Eastern Studies professor, presents her lecture "Under Wraps: Barriers to Understanding Muslim Women in the Middle East" at 7:30 p.m. in the Arizona Health Sciences Center's DuVal Auditorium, 1501 N. Campbell Ave.
- The Center for Middle Eastern Studies presents the award-winning film "Yol (Trek of Life)," a portrait of modern Turkey as seen through the eyes of five prisoners given temporary furloughs to visit their families. The film is at 7 p.m. in Franklin Ro om 202.
- The College of Business and Public Administration and the economics department sponsor the 31st annual Labor-Management Conference today through Thursday at the Quality Hotel and Suites, at 475 N. Granada Ave. Keynote speakers will address changes i n the workplace, and workshops will emphasize "how-to" skills. For conference times call 621-1639.
