- The UA softball team plays a double-header against Fresno State at 6 p.m. in Hillenbrand Stadium.
- The School of Music and Dance presents a percussion ensemble performance at 8 p.m. in Crowder Hall.
- The Science and Engineering Library presents "Encyclopedia Britannica Online," a computer workshop from 9 to 10 a.m. in Room 311.
- The Joseph Gross Gallery, located to the right of the UA art building, presents part one of the 1996 Graduate Thesis Show, continuing through May 10. The second part of the exhibit runs from May 15 to June 28 at the gallery. The Joseph Gross Gallery is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
- An open call for actors for the upcoming UA production of "You Can't Take It With You" is continuing until tomorrow. Pictures and resumes can be dropped off in the theatre arts office, Room 239 of the Drama West building.
- The University Medical Center, 1501 N. Campbell, sponsors The American Redcross Bloodmobile from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The bloodmobile will be in the cafeteria dining room of the UMC.
