All crime facts should be reported

Editor:

In regards to the Wildcat's report on the Saguaro Credit Union robbery ("Police suspect college student in robbery," April 12), it wasn't made clear what kind of threat, if any, the robber had made. No mention was made of any weapon. Based on the Wildcat report, it can be perceived that the robber simply asked for cash and the teller gave it to him. If he made no threat and the teller just gave him the money because he asked, then was a crime committed? If a weapon or threat was involved, it would be nice if the Wildcat could be responsible enough to report all the facts.
