- ASUA holds tuition hearings from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Harvill Building, Room 211. Members from the Arizona Board of Regents will be in attendance to answer students' questions.
- The UA men's tennis team plays New Mexico State at 1:30 p.m. in Robson Tennis Center.
- A three-way debate on immigration between the Libertarian Students, the College Republicans and the Young Democrats takes place at 7 p.m. in Economics, Room 111. Jeff Robins, KXCI-FM Community Radio disc jockey, will moderate the debate.
- The UA Composition Program, Department of English and the Main Library co-sponsor "Rereading the Hollywood Hero: The Western as Case in Point," a roundtable discussion examining the heros of Hollywood and the Western genre. The discussion is by and for students from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in Modern Languages Room 311.
- A physics colloquium, "A Microscopic Approach to Calculating Nuclear Structure," will be presented by UA physics professor Bruce Barrett at 4 p.m. in Physics and Atmospheric Sciences Room 201.
- UA Museum of Art's ArtBreak presents Katherine Norris, art history graduate student, discussing Mexican surrealism at 12:15 p.m. in the museum.
- The School of Music and Dance presents a Trumpetfest at 7:30 p.m. at Grace St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 2231 E. Adams St. The Campus Band performs at 8 p.m. in Crowder Hall.
- The Center for Computing and Information Technology presents "Listservs," a computer workshop from 4 to 6 p.m. in Science and Engineering Library Room 311.
