LAS VEGAS - Don Imus isn't the sort of guy to give it a rest. The radio ''shock jock'' received the broadcasting industry's highest honor yesterday - and took another jab at the Clintons.

''I see the president and the first lady are not here - probably someplace testifying,'' said Imus, who caused a stir with his off-color remarks about President Clinton and his wife at a dinner last month.

Imus, host of the syndicated ''Imus in the Morning'' radio talk show, was inducted into the National Association of Broadcasters' Hall of Fame.
