A female UA employee called police Monday after a man exposed himself to her.

At 10:38 a.m., the employee was walking along Ring Road at East Mabel Street when the male driver of a blue Chevrolet van pulled alongside her and asked for directions. After talking with the employee for a few minutes, he asked her, "Would you give me a blow job?"

The employee then looked into the van and saw "the male's pants were undone, his penis was out, and he appeared to be masturbating," police reports stated.

The victim then told the male to "go to hell." After the incident, she helped officers draw a composite sketch of the man.

Police arrested a resident of Arizona-Sonora Residence Hall, 910 E. Fifth St., Tuesday after she admitted possessing drug paraphernalia.

Occupants of Arizona-Sonora Residence Hall were evacuated April 9 at 8:15 p.m. after the residents of Room 815 overcooked and burned a bag of microwave popcorn, setting off fire alarms.

Responding officers confiscated a glass pipe and two "bounty filters" from the room, police reports stated. The residents were not present at the time.

Police interviewed Renee Forsgren, 19, one of the room's residents who reportedly admitted she had held on to the glass pipe because someone had left it in the room and might want it returned.

She also said friends had given her the "bounty filters" last semester and she had forgotten about them.

Forsgren was cited for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and released.

Forsgren's roommate was not cited in the case.

University of Arizona police and the Tucson Fire Department responded to Delta Tau Delta fraternity, 1550 N. Vine Ave., after someone set off a smoke bomb on the premises at 4:34 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers found the first floor filled with smoke and the bomb outside a ground floor sliding-glass door. Paint, grease and food were also spread in the area of every exit, making it difficult to walk around.

TFD firefighters disposed of the smoke bomb and ventilated the ground floor with a fan. A Delta Tau Delta spokesman said the incident appeared to be a practical joke played by one of the fraternity's pledges.

Because there were no injuries, the case was forwarded to the Dean of Students for conduct violations.

Someone smashed the driver's-side window of a UA employee's 1987 Chevrolet pickup between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday.

The employee returned to Lot 7102 at the corner of East Sixth Street and North Fremont Avenue and found the broken window and his door unlocked.

His car alarm reportedly activated when the window was broken. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.

An employee at Park Student Union, 615 N. Park Ave., called police Monday after he drove by the center and saw a door ajar.

Investigating officers determined someone stole a People's Choice cable box and an insulated beverage dispenser from the center's upper level between 6:15 p.m. Sunday and 3:50 a.m. Monday.

The stolen items are valued at $50.
