A former UA employee was arrested Monday on three charges of possession of a fictitious license.

Gregory McReynolds, 18, of Flagstaff, was found with four false driver's licenses at 11:09 p.m. when University of Arizona police officers approached him after he exchanged money with another man at the intersection of North Santa Rita Avenue and East Sixth Street.

McReynolds, a former employee at Park Student Center, told officers he bought the licenses last semester from a man he knew only as "Casper." He said his picture had been taken for the licenses on both the second and fourth floors of Coronado Residence Hall, 822 E. Fifth St.

Coronado resident assistants told police six individuals fitted McReynolds' description of "Casper."

McReynolds was cited and released.


A Tucson man was warned by university police Sunday after a female student complained of being verbally harassed in the University of Arizona Law Library.

Garry Jones, 38, of the 1200 block of East 24th Street, was warned by officers at 11:15 a.m. after other students and library staff confirmed the earlier allegations.

During questioning, Jones became verbally loud, claiming "the staff was masticating (sic) the allegations."

He was advised to leave the library and not return or be arrested for criminal trespassing. Jones then left the premises.

No criminal complaints were filed.


Police warned a UA student for disorderly conduct Saturday after resident assistants at Arizona-Sonora Residence Hall, 910 E. Fifth St., reported he had verbally harassed them.

The student reportedly shouted at the RAs in the hall lobby at 1:30 a.m. as they were in the process of documenting three intoxicated residents.

Signed statements by the RAs said after the first confrontation, they asked the student to leave and then warned him that they would call UAPD.

Police reports indicate the student replied, "I'd like to see that." The RAs then contacted police.

According to police reports, the man had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and red, watery, bloodshot eyes. He also admitted to drinking earlier in the evening.

Officers warned Rochette about Residence Life policies and field released him.

Copies of the police report were forwarded to the Dean of Students' office for disciplinary action.


Four UA students were arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana over the weekend.

Todd A. Sadow, 18, a resident of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, 1340 E. First St., was arrested outside of the house at 1:33 a.m. Friday.

A vehicle search revealed a baggy filled with a green leafy substance, police reports stated. Sadow was cited and released at the scene. The baggy was placed into evidence.

In a separate incident, three other UA students were arrested at 12 a.m. Saturday in a parking lot at North Cherry Avenue and East Speedway Boulevard after passing officers observed a male hunched over and vomiting.

Stephen J. Blender, 19, Sara A. Meyer, 18, and Margot D. Klar, 18, all residents of Coronado Hall, 822 E. Fifth St., were arrested after investigating officers smelled the odor of marijuana in the area and confiscated a half-smoked marijuana cigarette.

Blender, the ill male, told police he had been drinking earlier in the evening.

All four students were cited and released.


A red Murray Back Track bicycle was reportedly stolen from the racks outside of Navajo Residence Hall, 1557 E. Sixth St.

Between 5 p.m. Jan. 25 and 8:45 a.m. Jan. 26, someone took the bicycle and U-lock that was securing the bike. The stolen items are valued at $240.
