The fifth entry in yesterday's Police Beat misidentified two students who were arrested for liquor violations. Marc A. Lemoine was incorrectly identified as Marc A. Lismore. Aditionally, both Lemoine and Kevin M. Mello are residents of Arizona-Sonora Resi dence Hall, 910 E. Fifth St., not Sigma Chi fraternity.

The story "Ariz. universities plead for pay-raise funding," in yesterday's paper identified Rep. George Cunningham as a Republican. He is a Democrat. In that same article, Cunningham was quoted as saying he wanted to start a "Parody with Prisons" program. It should have read "Parity with Prisons."

A headline in yesterday's edition erroneously read, "TFD 'all but certain' fire was intentionally set, gives case to TPD." The Tucson Fire Department gave the case to the University of Arizona Police Department.

The Wildcat regrets the errors.
