Assault dogs are bred for one purpose only, to maul and maim other animals, including people. Time and again we hear from the news about people, often young kids, being attacked by these mindless, killing beasts.
Save our children and ban all assault dogs. If not for harming humans or other animals, why do people need to have pit bulls, shar-peis, rottweilers and Labradors, etc.? If they want protection, they can always call the police. If they want a dog, they ca n always get a Chihuahua, a Scott, a beagle, or a poodle, etc.
It is also quite obvious that most people are unsafe dog owners. If one takes a stroll on the mall at night, one will see dogs, those vicious animals, just roaming free anywhere, hardly ever muzzled or on a leash, whereas the laws require both. These peop le should not be allowed to have dogs. There should be a 10-day waiting period for people who apply for dog licenses and background checks to screen out irresponsible dog owners.
Assault dogs kill people and so do their owners. The owners know that they will not be able to restrain the behavior of their assault dogs all the time, and yet they claim temporary loss of control when their evil dogs committed some brutal acts. It's ti me to stop the crime and ban all assault dogs!
