According to police reports, police checked the residence hall for the three men but did not find them.

The fraternity member who was egged told police he received spray from an egg that was thrown from the southeast side of the fraternity house. He also told police he was willing to press charges if the men were found.

Police went to the fraternity and saw egg droppings and three egg shells on the house's south wall and the ground, police reports stated.
