• In conjunction with Multi-Cultural Week the International Student Association present "Festival of Nations," on the UA Mall from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

  International clubs will sell food and present information about their countries. From 11:45 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. student clubs such as the Chinese Student Association , the Spanish Club and the Italian club will provide cultural entertainment on the UA Mall stage.

• The German Studies Film series presents "Schalom General," an Austrian film, in the Modern Languages Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. A conscientious objector is confronted with the realities of an old-age home.

• The Flandrau Science Center and Planetarium presents "The Comets are Coming," an exploration into the nature and origin of comets at 7:30 p.m. The laser light show features music from Nirvana and Pearl Jam at 8:30 p.m. For ticket prices call 621-STAR.

• The Memorial Student Union's Gallagher Theatre is showing "la femme Nikita" at 7:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Admission is $2.50.
