Park Student Center is hosting a free disco dance party this evening, 8:00 p.m. to midnight. If you dress up, you get free passes to this evening's midnight screening of "Saturday Night Fever." According to UAB, they're having a disco dance contest of sorts where you'll be able to win free CDs and copies of the movie that started it all. Friday: Lots of strange stuff scheduled for Public Access (TCI Channel 64). "Bottoms Up," "an edgy satire on lesbian sexual identity" shows at 1:00 p.m. as part of the Independent Visions section of the Arizona Film Festival. At 10:30 p.m. is "Surroh: Alien Hitchhiker," a feature-length film that involves a reporter, a UFO convention, and some kind of psycho-sexual metamorphosis. http://access.tucson.org for more info... Frank Black... you know who he is. Anyway, he's playing Club Congress with Morris Tepper and Wisefolk Malcontent. Tickets are a mere $7 in advance and $9 day of show. Saturday and Sunday: The Tucson Community Food Bank and KXCI bring you the Fourth Annual Bob Marley Festival, happening Saturday from noon 'til 10:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon 'til 8:00 p.m. Locals One Blood and Neon Prophet will play, in addition to out of town reggae acts like Arawak Jah (Cuba/Jamaica/Madison, WI), Zion (San Marcus, TX), and the Rasta Farmers from Phoenix. Admission is free, but in the spirit of the event, they're asking for $3 - $5 in cash or non-perishable food. The event will be at Kennedy Park, 3700 S.
