Column about abortion violence totally illogicalEditor:In regard to Mr. Badeaux's article in which he PATHETICALLY tries to make an argument that abortion-clinic violence is the LOGICAL result of popular perception, my conscience requires I comment on a couple of things. Being the good Roman Catholic that he is, I can't understand how he could argue that violence is a LOGICAL result of anything. He alludes to the Irish using violence against the British. Well, for his information the Irish are fighting for their freedom - and freedom is exactly what Mr. Badeaux is trying to argue against, only in this case its women's freedom over their own bodies- or is it OK to deny freedoms to certain segments of society according to your own personal beliefs. This is what I say to you Mr. Badeaux - "If you don't believe in abortion, DON'T HAVE ONE." You nor anyone else has the right to tell me, or any other women what to do or not do with our bodies. If it sounds like I am taking your article personally, you're right because unlike myself, as a man you do not have to deal on a daily basis with people telling you what you can and cannot do with your own body. You have a right to your opinion but I, and every woman, also have a right to our own bodies.
