Casey argues against gun control without facts, makes ludicrous plea

What exactly is Jackie Casey getting at in her final installment on gun control in her column 'Casey at Bat?' At first, I thought it was just another anti-gun control argument based on one form of statistics or another, but I was shocked to find it was a plea to halt the government from killing us off! It seems that Casey is warning us that Brady, Clinton, and other liberals have plans for genocide in the works. While it's true that her references (Ottoman Turkey, Rwanda, and Nazi Germany) are good examples of a government attempting genocide after implementing gun control, I find it highly unlikely that a similar situation will occur here in the United States. Nonetheless, I suggest that the Jewish community, no, every minority, should take up arms and prevent Brady and Clinton (the Hitlers of this generation) from wiping out any of our races. Thank You Jackie Casey for saving millions of lives!

Seriously, though, I would like to say that if Casey, or anyone, feels the need to suggest that the U.S. is on the road to becoming like Nazi Germany, they had better back it up with some strong evidence. Otherwise, they will only weaken their argument.
