A Tucson man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct Tuesday after making a strange trip through campus.

Police reports gave this account:

At 1 p.m., the man, Louis J. Chmulak, 21, of the 300 block of East Linden Street, came to Old Main, 1200 E. University Blvd., to leave a message for an employee. The employee who took the note noticed it was unsigned and "very profane." She would not allow the note to be posted on the office's message board.

Chmulak said "Fuck you," and was told to leave the building. He left yelling more profanities, and headed east.

He took the note with him.

At 2 p.m., a community service officer was having lunch in a restaurant in the Student Union, 1303 E. University Blvd. The officer heard a man behind him say something "derogatory." The officer turned around to see who the man was talking to.

Chmulak told the officer, "Don't you fucking look at me," then motioned for the officer to step outside and fight.

The officer finished his lunch and Chmulak walked off.

Chmulak then approached two female students in the Union and said, "Nice tits, how would you like me to stick my dick up your a-hole?" Asked what he had said, Chmulak told one of the students, "Don't you recognize me, don't you remember me? You're the biggest whore I've ever met."

"Call UAPD for me and tell them I want to stick my dick in them too," Chmulak said.

On his way out of the building, Chmulak met three more female students and continued asking the profane question.

As the students told a friend about the incident five minutes later, Chmulak walked by and asked, "You guys talking about me?" and extended his middle finger.

When the students left to get into one of their cars, Chmulak appeared again.

"Hey remember me," Chmulak said. "Do me a favor, call UAPD, tell them what I said to you."

The students said they had already called university police.

At the time, university police were walking through the Student Union trying to locate Chmulak.

Chmulak was next seen hanging from the second floor of the Cherry Avenue Garage, 1641 E. Enke Drive.

Chmulak was eventually captured after he was found lying underneath a blue Chevrolet Blazer in the garage.

He was identified by several witnesses and booked into Pima County Jail on eight counts of disorderly conduct.

A Tucson man came into the lobby of Coronado Residence Hall, 822 E. Fifth St., Tuesday saying someone was trying to kill him.

University police responded at 1:46 a.m. and found the man with a possibly broken nose, lacerations over his eyebrows, skinned knees and other bruises and scrapes.

The man said he had been shooting pool in Geronimoz Restaurant and Bar, 800 E. University Blvd.

The man said when he left, three men beat him up and took his wallet. The assailants then chased him south into the parking lot north of Coronado, the man told police.

The man was taken to Kino Community Hospital and the Tucson Police Department took over the case.

A Tucson man was found Monday at 9:37 p.m. cutting himself in the Park Avenue Garage, 1140 N. Park Ave.

A community service officer reported the man in the northwest part of the garage cutting himself with a razor blade.

When university police arrived the man was sitting north of 7-Eleven, 1001 E. Speedway Blvd.

The man said the razor blade was in his shirt pocket. He had several lacerations on his forearms.

The Tucson Fire Department arrived and bandaged the man's wounds. He was taken to Kino Community Hospital.

The man told police he had cut himself because he was 35 years old.
