Vandalism was reported Saturday at the Art building, 1017 N. Olive Road.
A female employee called police at 1 p.m. when she discovered gold paint on the building's south wall.
There were different shapes painted on the wall, "but they did not appear to have any meaning," according to police reports.
The employee told police the shapes may have been painted by an art student whose work had not been chosen for the building's museum.
A man was arrested on a warrant Monday outside the Park Student Union, 615 N. Park Ave.
University police responded at 10:30 p.m. to reports of two men skateboarding behind the Park Union.
One of the men, Adam R. Gay, 19, of the 1000 block of East Ninth Street, was wanted for failure to appear on theft and false information charges.
Gay was taken to Pima County Pre-trial Services.
A parking permit was taken Monday from a car parked outside Pi Beta Phi sorority house, 1035 N. Mountain Ave.
A female student told university police she parked her Honda Civic outside the house Friday at 2 p.m. She discovered the permit missing Monday at 10 a.m.
There was no damage to the car or any signs of forced entry.
The Superpass permit was valued at $675.
A bicycle was taken Tuesday from outside the Art building, 1017 N. Olive Road.
A male student secured his bicycle to a rack on the south side of the building at 5 p.m. He used two U-locks to secure the bicycle.
When the student returned at 7:45 p.m., the bicycle was gone.
The blue KTS Summit bicycle was valued at $455.81. The value of the locks was not listed in police reports.
A bicycle was taken Monday from outside the Student Recreation Center, 1400 E. Sixth St.
A male employee told university police he secured his bicycle to a rack west of the center at 3 p.m. using a cable lock. When he returned at 4 p.m., his bicycle was gone.
The brown Schwinn Paramount bicycle was valued at $1,100 and the lock was valued at $50.
An unattended automobile rolled into another Tuesday in the Lot 6093 at East University Boulevard and North Cherry Avenue.
A 74-year-old woman parked her 1987 Mazda on the east side of the lot without putting it in gear or engaging the parking brake, police reports stated. The car rolled 150 feet across the parking lot and into a 1989 Chevrolet.
Both cars were unoccupied at the time of the collision. The accident was discovered at 4:18 p.m.
The Chevrolet sustained a dent to its driver side door. The Mazda had a scratched bumper.
A UA truck ran into a walkway Tuesday at the Music building, 1031 N. Olive Road.
At 8:28 a.m., the box truck, driven by a university employee, was going north on the sidewalk west of the Music building when it hit the overhead walkway between that building and the Drama building.
The truck was too tall and hit the bottom of the overhead walkway, damaging both.
University police found a car Monday with its driver side door open and its alarm going off parked outside the Alpha Phi sorority house, 1339 E. First St.
When police found the 1989 Volkswagen at 5:53 a.m., it had a hole punched in the driver side door near the lock and wires hanging out of the dashboard where the stereo had been.
The female student who owns the car said the theft must have occurred after 1:30 a.m., when she went to sleep.
The Sony stereo was valued at $200.
