'Pickle:' a bad comic with no gum

To the Editor:

Jim Burgess's comic strip "Pickle" reminds me a little of the old "Bazooka Joe" comics, except that its art and writing are a lot more amateurish, and it doesn't come with a cube of stale bubble gum.
