The Uprising Band brought the spirit of Jamaica to the show with their dred locks, colorful hats and funky rhythm.

The memory of Bob Marley was alive and kicking at Club Congress, where his two sons, Julian and Damian Marley, and the Uprising Band performed Friday night. The 21-and-over show brought together many dancing fans in a spirit of love and unity. The crowds danced to the reggae beat in front of the outside stage from 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., until the band, Ozomatli took over the show and brought everyone inside to keep the beat going until past 12:30 a.m.
