A female student was harassed for several minutes near the Administration building Wednesday after she told two men she was not interested in buying magazines.

The student told university police she left her class about 7 p.m. and was walking near the ATMs by the west side of Administration building, 1400 E. University Blvd., when she was approached by the two men.

When she refused their offer, the men cornered her and started making sexual gestures while saying, "We're going to get you, you fucking cunt" and "Fuck you bitch," police reports stated.

The student told police several people on the UA Mall walked by and did nothing as the men continued to harass her for several minutes.

She told police the men did not touch her, but got very close as they cornered her by a wall.

The student told police she was able to eventually get away and walked to a nearby computer lab she knew would be occupied.

She said she could hear them following her for a while saying, "We're going to get you." She went to her dorm room after about 15 minutes.

Both men are in their 20s, about 6-feet tall and weigh about 175 pounds. One of the men had short blond hair and his tongue was pierced.

Zachary B. Abraham, 19, of the 1200 Block of North Park Avenue, was charged with minor operating a motor vehicle with liquor in the body.

He was also cited for failure to stop.

The car's passenger was cited on minor consuming alcohol charges.

University police were heading east on Drachman about 1:50 a.m. when they saw Abraham, going south on North Vine Avenue, run the stop sign at the intersection.

Police smelled a slight odor of alcohol on Abraham's breath and noticed his eyes were red and blood shot, reports stated.

He consented to a field sobriety test and was arrested soon after.

Police took him home after completing a breath test at UAPD headquarters.

A male student reported his $2,000 watch was taken from his room Thursday at Sigma Phi Epsilon, 1420 N. Vine Ave., while he was taking a shower.

The student told university police he left his room unlocked at 9:45 a.m. and when he came back about 10 minutes later he noticed two pair of sunglasses were missing from top of his desk.

He then looked inside the desk drawer and discovered his Tag Heuer watch was gone and $60 was missing from his wallet.

He told police he did not lock the room because he thought it would be safe.

The student told police he does not believe any of his fraternity brothers would steal from him.

The sunglasses were valued at $150 and $335.

Two mountain bikes were reported stolen in the morning hours of Thursday from Navajo-Pinal-Sierra Residence Hall, 1557 E. Sixth St..

A $750 Trek mountain bike was taken sometime between midnight and 9 a.m. and a $1,000 Gary Fisher was also missing from the hall.

A 24-year-old bicyclist sustained minor head injuries Thursday after crashing into an opened car door on North Highland Avenue near East Fourth Street.

The female student was riding south past a stopped car on North Highland Avenue about 9 a.m. when a passenger, a male student, opened the rear left car door. The woman struck the door and fell onto the pavement, hitting her head.

The student was taken to University Medical Center to have the bump on her head examined.

The driver of the vehicle, also a male student, was issued a traffic citation for stopping in a roadway.
