Homelessness goes beyond economics

I must send a few brief words of response to "Of Markers and Cardboard." Mr. Clingan, I respect you desire to eliminate homelessness from Tucson. But, I must ask, where is your sense of compassion? Do you see the humans behind your so-called "human refuse?" Homelessness is beyond simple economics; it involves real people.
