Greeks 'turn into mangy animals' at night

Editor:

What does the Greek system contribute to our community?

As far as I am concerned there is no reason to omit which fraternity or sorority is committing all the crimes on campus. I don't really understand why a person would choose to be in a social club when their members embarrass them. If your sisters or brothers embarrass you, then get out of the club.

It's not like the Greek system isn't getting any good representation in the Wildcat. I know a few hundred people who skipped over "The Watermelon Bust" article. Hell, I've eaten ten pounds of beef in one sitting and no one put that in an article.

The Greek propaganda has got to stop. I mean they put the watermelon story on the front page, so what are the Greeks complaining about? When you get knee deep into the paper, you can see how fraternities are stealing each other's Greek letters. What's the point of that? And, last week someone stole the Delta Gamma sorority anchor. Look, during the day the Greeks seem all charitable, but once the sun goes down they turn into mangy animals. Let's see if for one month we can transform the Greek system from a chain of gangs to a chain of socially mature clubs.
