University police spotted Megan Hunt, 18, a Coronado Residence Hall resident, just after 1 a.m. Thursday sitting on the curb near the intersection.

When Hunt saw police, she got up and started walking east on Fourth Street.

According to reports, Hunt was having a hard time balancing, swaying from side to side.

Hunt was cited and released to her roommate.

Shenna Lin Baccus, of the 1800 block of East Blackridge Drive, was cited for possession of a fictitious license when she went to university police headquarters to pick up her lost wallet, police reports stated.

According to police reports, Baccus lost the wallet last week near the Harvill Building, 1103 E. Second St.

The man called back and the student asked, " Do I know you?"

The man replied, "Yes," and the student hung up again.

The student told university police he put his green Jansport pack on a shelf about 3:10 p.m. Wednesday and returned at 3:22 to find it gone.

According to police reports, the student notified store security, but the store's surveillance camera was not directed toward the entrance at the time of the theft.

University police arrested a male student on drunken driving charges after reportedly spotting him speeding on East Sixth Street.

Police cited Greg B. Walsh, 24, of the 2700 block of Cartmay Circle, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding, according to police reports.

Police stopped Walsh after radar clocked him going 47 mph in a 30 mph zone about 1 a.m. Thursday, police reports stated.

According to reports, the officer could smell alcohol on Walsh's breath and his speech was reportedly slurred and slow.

Walsh told police he "had a few" that night.

He was taken to Tucson General Hospital for a blood test and later released to a cab company.
